- 2.5 Cups Full Fat Milk
- ⅓ Cup Sugar
- ⅓ Cup Cocoa Powder
- ⅓ Cup Corn Flour
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- ½ Cup Heavy Cream
- ½ Cup Dark Chocolate
Mix all the mixture together and give it a great whisk to make a homogenous mixture. Cook the mixture on low heat until it comes in from of thick paste. Continuous stir while cookingAdd dark chocolate as the mixture forms a thick paste. Mix well...Pour the mixture in the mould. Place butter paper in mould to avoid sticking.Cook down the mousse temperature.Gently place in refrigerator for 8 hrs.Take out and remove from mould and cut into pieces to serve.Enjoy - Happy eating!!
