Ingredients

  • 2.5 Cups Full Fat Milk
  • Cup Sugar
  • Cup Cocoa Powder
  • Cup Corn Flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix all the mixture together and give it a great whisk to make a homogenous mixture.
    Cook the mixture on low heat until it comes in from of thick paste.
    Continuous stir while cooking
    Add dark chocolate as the mixture forms a thick paste.
    Mix well...
    Pour the mixture in the mould.
    Place butter paper in mould to avoid sticking.
    Cook down the mousse temperature.
    Gently place in refrigerator for 8 hrs.
    Take out and remove from mould and cut into pieces to serve.
