  • Chicken - 700 gms
  • Lemon - 2 Tsp
  • Salt - ⅓ Tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 Tsp
  • Onion & Green Chilies Paste - 2 Tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Black Pepper ⅓ Tsp
  • Fresh Coriander - few leaves
  • Oil - 5 Tsp

Instructions

  • Method:
  • Marinate the Chicken: Take 700 gms chicken. Cut into pieces. Sprinkle lemon (2 Tsp), Salt (⅓ Tsp), Garam Masala (1 Tsp), Onion & Green Chilies Paste – 2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste (2 Tsp), Yogurt (½ cup), Black Pepper (⅓ Tsp), Fresh Coriander – few leaves
  • Mix all the ingredients with chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to get the best result.
  • Start Pan Cooking: In a pan, add 5 teaspoon oil and on high heat place chicken to shallow fry.
  • As the 1 side is done flip the side.
  • Pour the remaining marination mixture over chicken to make it juicy and form a gravy.
  • Cover for 30 minutes to tender the chicken.
  • After 30 minutes, uncover and on high heat evaporate the excess water.
