  • Boiled Chicken – ½ Breast Pieces
  • Vegetables Carrot, Onion, Capsicum, Green Chilies
  • Grated Garlic – ½ Tsp
  • Dark Soya Sauce – ⅓ Tsp
  • Salt – To Taste
  • Oil – 2 Tsp

Instructions

  • Method:
  • In a pan, add 2 teaspoon of oil and heat it up.
  • Add grated garlic in the pan and saute to make it aromatic.
  • Cut boiled chicken into pieces and add in the pan and saute again for a minute.
  • Next, add julienne cutting vegetables (carrot, onion, capsicum and chopped green chillies).
  • Saute and sprinkle salt as per the taste.
  • Also, add dark soya sauce and stir on high heat for 2 minutes.
  • “Chicken Stir fry with vegetables” is ready to serve!
