Method:
Blend soaked rice with ½ liter milk in a blender.
Add cardamom powder or seeds during blending.
Also, add ½ liter milk in a pan.
Add the mixture of rice and milk in hot boiling milk in a pan.
Keep stirring…
As the mixture gets thick, add sugar and khoya and stir again until you get the texture of kheer.
Dish it out and garnish with khoya, almond, and pistachios.
