Avoid to make thick crust of pizza to cook on stovetop.
Baking powder and baking sode will help to puff the dough in the same way as we make homemade naan on skillet/tawa.
Slightly toast the crust from both sides before adding pizza toppings. Topping side should be more toasted as compared to base of pizza as it will cover with topping so will not get toast.
Cook the pizza on low heat and cover with lid to make it steamy.
Serve right after cooking.
