In a salad bowl, add ice cream and condensed milk and give it a good whisk to make a fluffy mixture.
Cut the fruits in slices or in desired shapes. Preferably to add mango cubes, banana, apple slices, and green or black grapes.
Add all the fruits in creamy salad dressing.
Gently fold the fruits in a creamy dressing with a spatula.
Fruit salad is ready to serve.
