Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Mango Ice cream
  • ½ cup Condensed Milk
  • ½ cup Mango cubes
  • ½ cup Bananas Slices
  • ½ cup Apple Slices
  • 10 Green Grapes
  • 10 Black grapes

Instructions

  • In a salad bowl, add ice cream and condensed milk and give it a good whisk to make a fluffy mixture.
  • Cut the fruits in slices or in desired shapes. Preferably to add mango cubes, banana, apple slices, and green or black grapes.
  • Add all the fruits in creamy salad dressing.
  • Gently fold the fruits in a creamy dressing with a spatula.
  • Fruit salad is ready to serve.

  • For best result, use fresh fruit
  • Avoid frozen fruits as they will release water.
  • Avoid fruits that release water.
  • Always beat the ice cream to make it thick in texture. If you are using melted ice cream then whip it with whisk or electric beater. This step will help to eliminate the watery texture and give you fluffy and creamy texture of ice cream.
  • The addition of condensed milk with ice cream makes it more tasty. Alternatively using fresh cream or simply skip.
  • You can add variety of fruits but avoid those fruit that release water as it will make it watery.
  • Always add fruit while serving otherwise the salad will turn to watery texture.
  • Any flavor of ice cream can be used.
  • If you want to skip ice cream with some healthy idea then use creamy yogurt as it also make the best taste with fruits.
