Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boiled Macaroni
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 Green Chilies Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Capsicum Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Carrot Chopped
  • Fresh Corriander Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Corns
  • 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • In a pan, add 1-liter water and boil it.
  • As the water started to boil, add macaroni and boil it for about 8 minutes.
  • Add salt during the boil.
  • After boiling, check macaron and drain the water.
  • Rinse with tap water and wash it through hand to get rid of the starch.
  • Keep the macaroni on the stainer to release excess water.
  • Now in a bowl, add macaroni,
  • Also add green chilies, carrot, capsicum, corn, onion, and fresh coriander.
  • Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  • Add yogurt and give it a good mix.
  • Now sprinkle parmesan cheese to give it unique flavor and aroma.
  • Mix again and serve!

Notes

  • Use freshly boiled macaroni
  • Don't overboil the macaroni
  • Properly rinse macaroni after draining.
  • Make sure to release excess water putting on stainer. 
  • Use greek yogurt for better results.
  • Use jalapenos as an alternative of green chilies.
