Rooh Afza Milkshake Recipe (Doodh Ka Sharbat)

Rooh Afza milk sharbat is the oldest and most traditional milkshake famous as 'doodh ka sharbat'. It's a refreshing summer drink to quench the thirst with flavor of rose. In Pakistan and India, people love to make it on special occasions like Ramadan, Eid, and festivals.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Rooh Afza
  • 300 ml Chilled Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Powder Sugar
  • ½ cup Rabri Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Rose Water
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon Powder
  • 100 ml Chilled Water
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Cashews
  • 1 teaspoon Sliced Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Pistachios

Instructions

  • In a blender, add chilled milk, powder sugar, rabri milk, rose water, a pinch of cinnamon powder.
  • Also, add Rooh Afza syrup and Chilled Water.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of dry nuts cashews, almonds, and pistachios.
  • Blend all the ingredients together to make it frothy.
  • Now in a glass, pour some Rooh Afza.
  • Pour blended Doodh ka Sharbat in glasses.
  • Sprinkle some dry nuts and serve.
  • Milk Sharbat is ready.

Notes

Adjust the desired consistency of milk using water.
Dry coconut can also be added to enhance flavor.
Basil Seeds (Tukhum Malanga) can also be added.
