Soak the tamarind in lukewarm water for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, strain the water and remove the tamarind seeds.
Now in a blender, add tamarind.
Season with salt, sugar or jaggery and red pepper.
Blend well by adding little water to make a thick paste.
Sprinkle ginger powder, black salt and sesame seeds.
Imli ki meethi chutney ready to serve!
