Boil chicken pieces and grind it in the grinder.
Now place chicken in a bowl.
Add chopped carrot, capsicum, onion.
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Mix well.
Now take bread slices and cut the sides.
Flat the bread using a rolling pin.
Now spread the mayonnaise on bread.
Place the chicken stuffing.
Take another slice of bread and brush water on the sides to seal the edges.
Now place another piece of bread slice to cover the bread.
Gently press the sides/edges with hand to stick together.
Now cut the sandwiches.
Coat with egg and bread crumbs.
Deep fry on medium-high temperature until getting golden brown color.
Take out sandwiches from oil and place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve with your favorite dip, sauce, chutney or ketchup.
