Souffle Omelette - Here I am making an extra fluffy omelette recipe with two eggs and 2 ingredients. I would say, it's a king of my holiday breakfast table as my family starve to have it. Quick and easy recipe with a big challenge to make the super fluffiest omelette in a short time.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Butter unsalted
  • 2 pinches Salt reduce salt if using salted butter
  • 2 pinches Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Separate the egg yolk and white in a bowl.
  • Beat the egg white using an electric beater until it gets creamy in texture.
  • Add Egg yolk in creamy egg white mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Beat the mixture to get a single color tone.
  • Heat up the pan, brush with butter.
  • Pour the egg mixture into a low heated pan.
  • Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
  • After 2 minutes, uncover and fold the omelette.
  • Cook for a few seconds and take out.
  • Delicious and tasty ‘Souffle Omelette’ is ready to serve.

Notes

  1. Beat the egg white using an electric beater to make it fluffy and creamy.
  2. Don't overbeat the egg whites.
  3. Don't beat the egg yolk just fold it with egg white.
  4. Avoid cooking eggs on high heat.
  5. Gently and carefully flip the egg side. 
  6. Don't overcook!
