Ingredients

  • 250 g Chicken Boneless
  • 2 teaspoon Corn Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Rice Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Oil for Frying
  • 3 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic Grated
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 5 Curry leaves
  • teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dark Soya Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

Instructions

  • Step 1: Marination – In a bowl, add cornflour, rice flour, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and garlic powder and mix well.
  • Now add chicken pieces and coat well.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes to settle the chicken with spices.
  • Step 2: Frying – Now deep fry chicken to get golden brown crispy chicken pieces.
  • Step 3: Stir-Frying with Sauce – Now pour oil into a pan.
  • Add the grated garlic clove, curry leaves, green chilies, and cumin seeds.
  • Saute to make it aromatic.
  • Now add dark soya sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well.
  • Add fried chicken and give it a good stir to coat the chicken with sauce.
  • Ready to serve. Make sure to serve hot.

Notes

  1. Chicken breast can be used to make soft and tender chicken 65. It's easy to cut and becomes juicy after frying. 
  2. The addition of eggs is optional. If you like then add and if you don't like then skip. It will not make any difference in your recipe. If you like then surely add as it will give you a good taste. 
  3. Yogurt is also an option to add to the marination.
  4. Wisely manage the temperature to fry chicken. Don't fry on ultra-high heat. 
  5. Initially keep the temperature on high and as the chicken gets its first crispy coat then turn the heat to medium so it can cook from inside.
  6. You can make variations in spices as per your availability.
  7. Avoid over spices otherwise, it will be bitter in taste.
  8. Serve hot!
