Season the chicken with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
Now in another bowl, add all purpose flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika and mix well.
Now coat the chicken breast pieces in flour.
Heat up the pan with oil and butter.
Fry chicken pieces from both sides.
Take out chicken from the pan as it turns to golden brown color.
Now in the same pan, grate the garlic cloves and make it aromatic.
Add chopped onion and caramelized it with grated garlic.
Now turn the temperature to lower and pour greek yogurt cream. You can also use fresh cream if you don’t have yogurt cream.
Stir continuously for few seconds until the cream mix well with onion and garlic.
Now place fried chicken pieces in this creamy garlic sauce.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes on low medium heat.
After 15 minutes, the chicken will be ready to serve.
Adjust the salt and pepper if it requires.
Garnish with cilantro/coriander.
