Notes

  1. Use the best brand of mayo or you can also use homemade mayonnaise.
  2. Adding a little sugar will not make it sweet in flavor but enhance the taste with little sweetness.
  3. The addition of garlic will give it a unique flavor and aroma.
  4. Monitor the quantity of milk as it can make the sauce runny.
  5. If the sauce gets thin in texture then add more mayo to make it thick.
  6. You can use multi-color cabbage to make it more vibrant. Geen cabbage, Chinese cabbage, savoy, and red cabbage can be used. If you like the flavor then use black or napa cabbage.
  7. You can make this salad ahead of time. Best for party menu.
  8. Use the leftover cabbage dressing as a sandwich spread and macaroni or pasta sauce.
