Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 kiwis peeled (fresh)
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Peel the kiwi skin and cut into cubes.
  • In a blender, add kiwi, strawberries, honey, almond milk and vanilla extract.
  • Blend well!

Notes

  • If you have fresh strawberries then use it as I feel it taste better as compared to frozen.
  • You can use other options like avocado and banana. 
  • I prefer to use ripe kiwi as it's tasty and sweet with less tart.
  • Vanilla extract will amazingly enhance the taste of the smoothie.
  • Honey is optional. If you want more sweetness then add brown sugar.
  • Almond milk will enhance the creaminess of smoothie. You can also use full-fat cow milk or skimmed milk. 
  • Vanilla yogurt can be used to make it more healthy and nutritious.
  • If you want try with vanilla ice cream. I have tried and love the taste.
