Ingredients

  • 4 Egg whites
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Milk
  • 2 pinches Oregano + Rosemary ground
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 2 pinches Black pepper

Instructions

  • Separate egg whites from egg yolk. I prepared sandwiches for kids with egg yolk so don't waste them.
  • Beat the egg yolk with the whisk to make a fluffy texture. Sprinkle salt!
  • In a heated nonstick pan, pour olive oil. Saute grated garlic for a few seconds until it becomes aromatic or starts to change color.
  • Now sprinkle pinches of dried oregano and rosemary.
  • Pour the heated egg whites in pan. Make sure the heat is low.
  • Add milk to make soft and creamy scrambled eggs.
  • Continuous stir the egg clock or antilock wise to prepare soft and fluffy scrambled eggs.
  • Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve with toast, paratha, tortilla, dinner rolls.

  • To separate egg whites, you can use an egg separator or simply use your hands to separate them. Beginners can also use a strainer to easily separate.  
  • Use fresh egg whites. Avoid adding old as it will leave the smell in eggs. 
  • Properly beat the egg to make a cloudy texture before pouring to a heated skillet.
  • Use a nonstick pan to make scrambled eggs.
  • Make sure the heat should be low during scrambling.
  • Use milk to make soft, fluffy, and creamy scrambled eggs.
  • Use grated garlic! Avoid paste.
  • Season with your favorite herbs.
  • Pair up with other veggies to make it more healthy and nutritious.
  • Use a rubber spatula to stir the egg while scrambling.
