In a pan, add mutton, ginger garlic and onion paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and beaten yoghurt.
Mix all the ingredients.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 45 minutes. (Check water level, if its dry then add little water to tender the meat)
After 45 minutes, check the mutton and make it dry if there is some water.
In a skillet / tawa, pour oil and heat it up.
Add cumin seeds and green cardamom in heated oil and as it starts poping up
Add tomato cubes and stir to blend the tomatoes on medium heat.
Add mutton masala and mix well with tomatoes.
Add Garam masala powder and black pepper powder and stir to fry the mutton for few minutes.
Garnish the mutton with green chillies and ginger julienne.
