  • Ingredients
  • Eggs: 3
  • Onion chopped: 3 Tsp
  • Green Chillies Chopped: 2
  • Tomato cubes: 2 Tsp
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Salt: To Taste
  • Red Chilli Powder: ½ Tsp
  • Oil: 2 Tsp
  • Bread Slices: 6


  • Method:
  • In a bowl, add eggs, salt and red chilli powder and beat it.
  • Add onion, tomatoes, green chillies and fresh coriander in beaten eggs and give it a good whisk.
  • Cut the 6 pieces of bread into small cubes.
  • Take a mould and brush oil/butter properly.
  • In a mould, make a bread bed. Set it properly to get a good result.
  • Pour the beaten egg mixture over the bread and set it accordingly.
  • Preheat the skillet before 2 minutes on medium heat.
  • Place the mould on skillet and cook on low heat.
