Setup the mould. Brush oil in mould and place butter paper.
Pour the cake mixture in the mould.
Tap the mould to avoid any air pockets in the mixture.
Place in Preheated pan (Add water in pan to make the brownie moist and chewy).
Place Any stand at bottom of the pan to avoia burning.
Over the stand place the brownie mould.
Cover For 30 – 35 Minutes. (Make sure to check after 25 minutes). Initially cook on High Heat for 5 minutes then turn the heat to medium to low.
After 30 minutes, check with a knife. If the knife is clean – It’s done!!
Cool it down! Gently remove from mould.
Spread chocolate milk paste over the brownies and sprinkle cocoa powder over the top of brownies.
Cut into pieces! and Enjoy...
