Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Potato: 2 Big Size Dice Cutting
  • Onion: 1 sliced
  • Cumin: 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric: 1 tsp
  • Salt: To taste
  • Hari Mirch: 3
  • Tomato: 1
  • Anday: 2
  • Olive Oil: As per requirement
  • Hara Dhania: For Garnish

Instructions

  • Method:
  • Take 2 big potatoes and soak it in 1 pinch of salt for min 30 mins.
  • Drain the water and keep it aside.
  • In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Add cumin seeds, green chilies, and sliced onion in pan.
  • Cook onion until it changes the color to light pink.
  • Add spices, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and salt according to taste.
  • Mix spices
  • Add tomatoes
  • As the tomatoes starting blend then add diced cutting tomatoes and cooking for about 2 mins.
  • Add 150 ml of water
  • Cover it and cook for 20 mins.
  • As the potatoes become soft then add 2 beaten eggs in a pan and stir immediately with quick hands.
  • Cover again, and cook it for about 3 mins.
  • Now your anday aloo bhujia is ready to serve.
  • Garnish it with fresh coriander and green chilies.
