Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Pasta – ½ packet
  • Chicken – 200 grams shredded
  • Vegetables – Carrot Capsicum, onion, peas (optional), green chilies
  • Oil – 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 Tsp grated
  • Tomatoes – 1 Chopped
  • Water – For pasta boil
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Garlic chili Ketchup – 1 Tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black Pepper- 1 Tsp
  • Dark Soya Sauce- 1 Tsp
  • Agino Moto – Optional
  • Cream Cheese – 1 Cube

Instructions

  • Method:
  • Process to Boil Pasta
  • In a pan, boil water and add ½ packet pasta to boil it about 10 to 12 mins. (Manage boiling time according to your pasta brand)
  • As pasta boil, drain water and pour tap water on pasta to avoid cluttering.
  • Process to Boil Chicken
  • In a pan, add chicken with ½ liter water and boil it by adding salt and black pepper and 1 garlic clove.
  • Cook it for about 20 mins.
  • Now cool it down and separate chicken stock and chicken.
  • Shred the chicken into big pieces.
  • Steps to Make a Pasta Gravy
  • In a pan add, 1 tablespoon of oil and add grated garlic and saute for about 1 mins.
  • Add shredded chicken.
  • Then add spices, red chili powder, and salt
  • Add tomatoes and cook for about 2 mins
  • Also, add chicken stock and make a gravy
  • Add all julienne cutting vegetables and stir for about 2 mins.
  • Now, add Pasta and coat the gravy to overall pasta just by stirring
  • To make a creamy touch, add a cube of cream cheese and cover it for about 3 mins.
  • Uncover and stir the pasta so it gets a coat with cream cheese.
