  • Eggs: 4
  • Onion: 1 tablespoon chopped
  • tomatoes: 2 teaspoon Chopped
  • Green chilies: To taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • black pepper: 2 pinches
  • Red chili powder: 2 pinches
  • Oil: for frying

Instructions

  • Method:
  • Break 4 eggs in a bowl
  • Add chopped onion.
  • Next, add chopped tomatoes (take tomato upper part without skin).
  • Add sliced green chilies
  • Now add spices: Salt – To taste,
  • Add red chili powder – 2 pinches
  • Add black pepper powder – 2 pinches
  • Now beat the eggs until you get a smooth texture.
  • Next step is to brush oil/butter in frying pan.
  • Keep the temperature high
  • Now pour the egg mixture in pan.
  • As the eggs fried from one side, flip the side and keep the temperature from high to medium/low.
  • Add cheese slices on eggs and cover it for 2 mins.
  • Now dish out your eggs in a platter.
