Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Butter – 2 Tsp
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Take 3 eggs in a bowl and add salt and beat it until it gets fluffy.
  • Now add 2 teaspoon of butter in a frying pan heat it up.
  • Add beaten eggs in the pan and cook it slowly on low temperature.
  • After few seconds the egg will start to cook and gently drag the spatula to scrambled the eggs. Watch the video to quickly follow the step.
  • Your soft scrambled eggs will be ready within 5 mins.
  • Now you can serve it by a sprinkle little black pepper
