Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Coriander
  • ½ cup Mint
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • teaspoon Black Salt
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a blending jar, add fresh coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, sugar, black salt, lemon juice, and water.
  • Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.
  • Serve with chaat or t time snacks.

Notes

  • Always make chutney with fresh ingredients. Green ingredients like coriander, mint, and chilies need to be fresh and if you feel anything black in that then just discard. 
  • Wash the green ingredients properly. 
  • Store chutney in a glass container. 
  • Don't add too much water otherwise, the chutney will be runny in texture. 
  • To make it sourer then add soaked tamarind in the place of lemon juice.
