  • Ingredients
  • Fresh Coriander – 1 Cup
  • Mint – ½ Cup
  • Green Chillies – 3
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Cumin Seeds – ⅓ Tsp
  • Salt – ⅓ Tsp
  • Red Chili Powder – ⅓ Tsp
  • Chaat Masala – ½ Tsp
  • Sugar – ½ Tsp
  • Black Salt – ⅓ Tsp
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Lemon juice – 2 Tsp

  • Method
  • In a blending jar, add fresh coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, sugar, black salt, lemon juice, and water.
  • Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.
  • Serve with chaat or t time snacks.

  • Always make chutney with fresh ingredients. Green ingredients like coriander, mint, and chilies need to be fresh and if you feel anything black in that then just discard.
  • Wash the green ingredients properly.
  • Store chutney in a glass container.
  • Don't add too much water otherwise, the chutney will be runny in texture.
  • To make it sourer then add soaked tamarind in the place of lemon juice.
