In a blending jar, add fresh coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, sugar, black salt, lemon juice, and water.
Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.
Serve with chaat or t time snacks.
Always make chutney with fresh ingredients. Green ingredients like coriander, mint, and chilies need to be fresh and if you feel anything black in that then just discard.
Wash the green ingredients properly.
Store chutney in a glass container.
Don't add too much water otherwise, the chutney will be runny in texture.
To make it sourer then add soaked tamarind in the place of lemon juice.
