Ingredients

  • Chilled Milk – 300 ml
  • Powder Sugar – 1 Tbsp
  • Rabri Milk – ½ Cup
  • Rose Water – ½ Tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder – 1 Pinch
  • Rooh Afza – 1 Tbsp
  • Chilled Water – 100 ml
  • Grated Cashews – 1 Tsp
  • Sliced Almonds – 1 Tsp
  • Grated Pistachios – 1 Tsp

Instructions

  • In a blender, add chilled milk, powder sugar, rabri milk, rose water, a pinch of cinnamon powder.
  • Also, add Rooh Afza syrup and Chilled Water.
  • Add 1 Tsp of dry nuts cashews, almonds, and pistachios.
  • Blend all the ingredients together to make it frothy.
  • Now in a glass, pour some Rooh Afza.
  • Pour blended Doodh ka Sharbat in glasses.
  • Sprinkle some dry nuts and serve.
  • Milk Sharbat is ready.

Notes

You can add Gulab syrup to a place of Rooh Afza.
Dry coconut can also be added to enhance flavor.
Basil Seeds (Tukhum Malanga) can also be added.
