  • pan/skillet/tawa


  • Oil – 2 Tsp
  • Grated Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Green Chilli – 1 Sliced
  • Red Chilli Powder – ⅓ Tsp
  • Onion (Choppe– 1 Small
  • Carrot (Choppe– 3 Tsp
  • Capsicum (Choppe– 3 Tsp
  • Salt – 2 Pinches
  • Black Pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Cheddar Cheese – 1 Tbsp
  • Butter – 2 Tsp
  • Bread Slices – 2
  • Chilli Garlic Tomato Ketchup
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 1 Tbps


  • In a pan, add oil and heat it up.
  • Now add grated garlic, green chillis, and red chilli powder.
  • Saute for a few seconds.
  • Then add onion, carrot, and capsicum.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Now add cheddar cheese and mix well again.
  • Keep it on the side and cool it down.
  • In the meanwhile, take bread slices.
  • Spread chilli garlic tomato sauce on toast.
  • Place veg stuffing over the toast.
  • Now sprinkle mozzarella cheese to cover the toast.
  • In a pan, brush butter.
  • Place bread slices on pan and toast on low heat.
  • Cover the pan for 5 minutes so the cheese get melt.
  • Make sure the heat is low otherwise the toast will toast dark from the bottom.
  • After 5 minutes, remove toast and cut diagonally.
  • Veg chilli cheese toast is ready to serve.
