Soak the beans (2 Cups) for 5 to 6 hours.
After 6 hours, rinse and wash properly.
Shift the rajma in the pan and add half-filled water in pan.
Now add salt (to taste) and baking soda (½ Tsp).
Cover and cook properly for 45 minutes in a regular pan.
Start making Salad: In a bowl, add kidney beans (rajma).
Now add thinly sliced onion,
Also, add diced tomatoes (peel the skin and remove seed)
Now add lemon juice and green chilies.
Add salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala.
Now add yogurt just to add a creamy look.
Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander.
Now mix all the ingredients and serve!
