Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Chicken – 100 gms slices
  • Pasta – 150 gms
  • Onion – 1 small chopped
  • Garlic – chopped
  • Tomatoes – 1 small chopped
  • Green Chilies – 1 chopped
  • Carrots – ½ Cup
  • Capsicum – ½ Cup
  • Dark Soya sauce – 1 Tsp
  • All-purpose flour – 1 Tbsp
  • Butter – 2 Tsp
  • Milk – 400 Gms
  • Mayonnaise – ½ Cup
  • Cream – ½ Cup
  • Cheddar cheese – To Taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 Tsp

Instructions

  • Method:
  • Step 1 : Boil Pasta
  • In a big pan add 3 liters of water and boil it.
  • Add pasta and stir to avoid pasta cluttering.
  • Add salt according to requirements.
  • Keep boiling until the past gets soft. (It will take 10 minutes based on pasta brand)
  • Now carefully drain the pasta water by keeping on stainer.
  • Add tap water on pasta and wash it with hand to remove starch. In this way, your pasta will not stick together.
  • Now keep it on a side and move to next step.
  • Step 2: Make Pasta Masala
  • To make pasta masala, add 2 Tsp oil in a pan. Add grated garlic and saute it until it changes the color to light brown.
  • Now add Chicken slices and keep stirring the pan on high temperature. As the chicken changes it’s color to white.
  • Add salt, green chilies, red chili powder and chopped tomatoes.
  • Keep it on high flame and add 100 ml of water to make a paste/gravy.
  • As the masala formed then add vegetables ( carrot, capsicum, onion). You can add more vegetable as per your taste.
  • Now stir the vegetable for 2 minutes and keep it on a side and move to next step.
  • Step 3: Make Pasta ‘White Sauce’
  • Now we will prepare the most scrumptious white sauce to add in pasta. For this, take a pan and add 1 Tsp of oil along with 1 heap spoon of butter (almost 2 Tsp).
  • As the butter melts, add all purpose flour (maida) on medium temperature and keep stirring. As the maida gets aromatic and changing it’s color then add milk and keep stirring to form a thick paste.
  • Add seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Also, add mayonnaise and cream.
  • If the sauce gets thick add more milk to make it thinner.
  • Your white sauce will be ready in 6-7 minutes. Now pour it in a bowl to add in pasta
  • Step 4: Assemble All Ingredients:
  • Now we are approaching the assembling process to mix all ingredients together.
  • First, add boiled pasta to the pan and check the salt and adjust it if there are some requirements.
  • Now add pasta masala and mix well so it coats properly to all pasta.
  • Then pour the yummy and creamy ‘white sauce’ in pasta and mix well.
  • Sprinkle rich quantity of cheddar cheese to the pasta and,
  • Cover the pasta for 5 mins and put on low flame so the cheese gets melty.
  • Now mix it well and dish out on a platter.
  • Our yummy pasta in white sauce is ready to serve.
