  • Frying Pan

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 4
  • Salt – ⅓ Tsp
  • Black Pepper – ⅓ Tsp
  • Paprika Powder – ⅓ Tsp
  • Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp
  • Oil for Deep Frying

Instructions

  • Take starchy potatoes and peel them accordingly.
  • Cut potatoes in a form of wedges.
  • Boil in hot water for 3 minutes.
  • Take out from hot water and place it in a bowl.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Dust with Corn starch.
  • Mix well to evenly coat the wedges.
  • Make sure the wedges are dry after mixing. If it’s wet showing any sign of liquid then add more corn starch.
  • Deep fry on medium-high temperature until get evenly golden brown color.
  • Take out on kitchen paper.
  • Serve with ketchup, mayo or chutney.
