Chaat Masala Recipe - Prepare homemade chaat masala powder with proper chaat masala ingredients that will add taste to your dishes. People love to sprinkle on chaat and fried snacks.

3inchesCinnamon 1 Stick
½teaspoonBlack Pepper PowderKali Mirch – كالی مرچ
10Cloveslaung – لونگ

Instructions
In a Pan, toast cumin seeds (zeera) and Coriander seeds (sabut dhania) and Whole red pepper (sabut laal mirch) on low heat until it gets aromatic.
Now put all the other ingredients (salt, black salt, fennel, green cardamom, dried ginger, garlic powder, carom seeds, amchor powder, Cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and tatri) in a grinder and grind to make a fine powder.
Chaat masala powder is ready to use. Store in a jar to use multiple times.
Notes
Make sure to toast ingredients on slow heat until it become aromatic.
Use the proper ratio of all ingredients to get the best flavor.
Sprinkle on chaat, desi fried snacks, and as you like to have.
To store the fine powder, strain it to avoid any whole spice in masala.
