In a bowl, add mutton, ginger garlic and onion paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and yogurt.
Marinate all the above ingredients in mutton and cook for 45 minutes on low medium heat.
As the mutton get tender, In a skillet (Tawa) add oil and heat it up.
Now add cumin seeds and green cardamom and let it pop for few seconds.
Add tomato cubes and saute until it blends.
Add salt and mix well.
Now add cooked mutton masala and fry (bhuna) properly for few minutes until it changes color and oil separates.
Sprinkle garam masala powder.
Also, sprinkle black pepper and mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes and garnish with green chilies and Julianne ginger.
Ready to serve.
