Step 1: Marination – In a bowl, add cornflour, rice flour, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and garlic powder and mix well.
Now add chicken pieces and coat well.
Marinate for 30 minutes to settle the chicken with spices.
Step 2: Frying – Now deep fry chicken to get golden brown crispy chicken pieces.
Step 3: Stir-Frying with Sauce – Now pour oil into a pan.
Add the grated garlic clove, curry leaves, green chilies, and cumin seeds.
Saute to make it aromatic.
Now add dark soya sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well.
Add fried chicken and give it a good stir to coat the chicken with sauce.
Ready to serve. Make sure to serve hot.
