As the yeast rises, in the same bowl, add All-purpose flour, oil/butter, salt, and milk.
Give it a good mix with a spatula or hand.
Now cover the bowl and keep it in a warm place to ferment the dough. It will almost take 2 hours to rise the dough.
The dough will be ripe after 2 hours showing bubbles and a stretchy texture.
Punch the dough to release air and make a big ball.
Distribute the dough in small balls. Take out a small portion from the dough and give it the shape of a small ball.
