In a bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash properly.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Also, add cornflour.
Soak bread pieces in 100 ml water for 2 minutes.
Squeeze water from the bread and add in potatoes.
Mix well to form an even dough. (Don't knead the dough)
On a rolling board, place parchment paper and dust with flour.
Roll the potato dough on parchment paper to avoid sticking.
Now cut into a small circular shape using a cutter.
Using a straw makes a shape of eyes and using spoon carve the lip shape.
Leave it for 10 to 20 minutes to get settled in the fridge.
Shallow fry the potato smiley on medium temperature until golden brown from both sides.
Take out on kitchen paper.
Serve with ketchup or mayo sauce.
