  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Rosemary
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Parsley - For Garnish


  • Prepare Chicken Seasoning: In a bowl, add brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and rosemary.
  • Mix well to make a smooth seasoning.
  • Set the Baking Dish: Place foil in baking pan and drizzle olive oil.
  • Place chicken in baking dish.
  • Marinate Chicken: Sprinkle seasoning powder over the chicken breast to coat it well.
  • Flip the chicken.
  • Now sprinkle the rest of the seasoning powder over the chicken.
  • Coat well using a hand or spoon.
  • Preheat the oven at 220°C / 428°F
  • Bake Chicken: Now place the baking dish in the oven.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Turn on the boiler and let it bake for 5 minutes from the top to get crispy brown texture.



  • Brine the chicken in saltwater for about 15 to 20 minutes to avoid dry chicken. In this way, the chicken will soft, moist, and tender while eating.
  • Avoid covering the chicken while cooking. It will cook in natural chicken water. 
  • Aluminum foil is important to place at the bottom of the baking dish. 
  • Avoid glass baking dish to bake the chicken. 
  • Don't forget to preheat the oven before 10 minutes. 
  • If you have thick breasts or big in size then slice it and slightly hammer to get moist chicken.
  • If you feel the chicken is getting dry while cooking then spray the stock or water on the chicken.
  • Make sure to use skinless chicken breast for this recipe.
