Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  • Chopped Onion - 1 Medium
  • Spinach Chopped - 1 Cup
  • Salt - ⅓ Tsp
  • Black Pepper - ⅓ Tsp
  • Paprika - ⅓ Tsp
  • Garlic Powder - ¼ Tsp
  • Egg Batter:
  • Eggs - 3
  • Milk - ½ Cup
  • Salt - ¼ Tsp
  • Black Pepper - ⅓ Tsp
  • Cheddar Cheese - ½ Cup

Instructions

  • Cut the spinach ribbons.
  • Wash properly and squeeze maximum water using hands.
  • Now in a pan, add olive oil and heat it up.
  • Add chopped onion and saute until it starts to change color.
  • Now add spinach and cook on high heat for 01 minutes.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • As spinach starts to change color and release all water then keep it on the side.
  • Preparation of Egg Batter:
  • In a bowl, add egg and milk and beat well using a whisk.
  • Season with salt and paper.
  • Add cheese, and sauteed onion and spinach.
  • Mix well.
  • Grease the baking dish. Avoid if using glass material.
  • Now pour all the egg mixture into the baking dish.
  • Preheat the oven before 10 minutes.
  • Set the oven temperature at 250 degrees C or 450 Fahrenheit.
  • Now place the baking dish in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes take it out and serve.

Notes

  • It's recommended to drain the spinach water and then squeeze to get the best results after baking. 
  • Beat the egg and milk mixture to make it fluffy or one tone or homogenous.
  • Place the baking dish in preheated oven. (Turn on and set the oven temperature 10 minutes before baking is recommended)
  • Monitor the baking status during the time.
  • Give it 5 minutes to get settled with the atmosphere temperature.
