Preheat the oven at 200°C or 392°F.
Wash the tomatoes and diced them perfectly.
Place them in a baking tray. Make sure to line up the aluminium foil
Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
Drizzle olive oil with a generous hand.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Broil the tomatoes for 15 minutes to get the perfect roasted texture.
Serve and store in airtight glass container for later use.
