Prepare the Pizza Dough
In a deep bowl, add instant yeast, lukewarm water, and sugar. Give it a good mix.
Cover the bowl for 10 minutes to rise the yeast.
As the yeast gets bubbly and foamy in texture then add all purpose flour, salt, yogurt, and olive oil.
Crumble the flour and make a soft dough. Knead it to make it smooth in texture. You can use a dough mixing machine or just do it with your hand. (Note: you can add water if the dough is dry).
Cover and rest the dough for 2 hours in a warm place. After 2 hours the dough will be double or triple in size. Knead the dough and distribute the dough in 2 segments. Use 1 segment to make the pizza crust. The other segment can be used to make another pizza.
Knead the dough with the help of dusting flour and make a big pizza crust with the help of hands.
On a pizza tray, place the aluminum foil and drizzle the oil at the base and rub it to the foil to make it greasy. Now transfer the crust to pizza tray and stretch it with the help of a hand to make a big pizza crust. You can make thick on thin crust as per your choice. Fold it from the sides to make edges of the pizza. Now the crust is ready to add pizza toppings.
