INGREDIENTS

For Chicken Seasoning: Chicken – 2 Breasts Salt – 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder – 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 Tsp Paprika Powder – 1/2 Tsp – For Chicken Coating: All Pupose Flour – 2 Tbsp Cornflour – 1 Tbsp Salt – 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder – 1/3 Tsp Black Pepper Powder – 1/3 Tsp Paprika Powder – 1/3 Tsp – Frying Chicken: Oil – 1 Tbsp Butter – 2 Tsp – Garlic Sauce Fresh Garlic (Grated) – 3 Cloves Onion (Chopped) – 1 medium Salt – 1/3 Tsp Black Pepper – 1/2 Tsp Greek Yogurt Cream – 1 Cup

1. Always cook chicken at room temperature. 2. Shallow frying of the  breasts makes it delicious  as the pores of meat closed due to frying that makes the chicken extremely delicious.

3. If you think the breast is drying then add some broth or water. 4. Avoid overcooking. 5. If the chicken breast seems to be hard then simmer in chicken broth for a few minutes. In this way, the chicken will be moist and juicy.
