Today, I am making this special chicken recipe for Sunday dinner that will give the mouthwatering and filling dinner idea to serve with Garlic rice. Cut the boneless chicken breast into pieces, season with spices, and fried to make it golden brown. This step will make the chicken juicier and tender while eating. Then prepare garlic sauce in the same pan and added chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes and the chicken is ready to serve.
I personally make it on weekends or holidays as my family loves it. My son is a chicken lover so he loves to eat this recipe with noodles. Truly it adds value to my dinner table.

- For Chicken Seasoning:
Chicken - 2 Breasts
Salt - ½ Tsp
Garlic Powder - ½ Tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ Tsp
Paprika Powder - ½ Tsp - For Chicken Coating:
All Purpose Flour - 2 Tbsp
Cornflour - 1 Tbsp
Salt - ½ Tsp
Garlic Powder - ⅓ Tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ⅓ Tsp
Paprika Powder - ⅓ Tsp - Frying Chicken:
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Butter - 2 Tsp - Garlic Sauce
Fresh Garlic (Grated) - 3 Cloves
Onion (Chopped) - 1 medium
Salt - ⅓ Tsp
Black Pepper - ½ Tsp
Greek Yogurt Cream - 1 Cup
Method
- Season the chicken with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Now in another bowl, add all purpose flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika and mix well.
- Now coat the chicken breast pieces in flour.
- Heat up the pan with oil and butter.
- Fry chicken pieces from both sides.
- Take out chicken from the pan as it turns to golden brown color.
- Now in the same pan, grate the garlic cloves and make it aromatic.
- Add chopped onion and caramelized it with grated garlic.
- Now turn the temperature to lower and pour greek yogurt cream. You can also use fresh cream if you don't have yogurt cream.
- Stir continuously for few seconds until the cream mix well with onion and garlic.
- Now place fried chicken pieces in this creamy garlic sauce.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes on low medium heat.
- After 15 minutes, the chicken will be ready to serve.
- Adjust the salt and pepper if it requires.
- Garnish with cilantro/coriander.
