I always make crispy oven fries for my family and especially my son loves to have them. It's a healthy option as compared to deep-fried as it doesn't need much oil to prepare. Even you can make it by drizzling olive oil. Whenever I crave fries, then I bake in the oven and it always makes me happy due to its more crunchy and crisp texture.

How to Choose Potatoes
Selecting the right potatoes to make chips or fries is essential as everyone loves to eat crisp texture. Even if you are baking, potatoes' quality and texture make a big difference. I prefer to use Russet potatoes famous as Idaho potatoes in the United States. It has a brown textured little dirty look but the flash is starchy, creamy, and dry. Mostly recommended for baking, frying, and mashing. As a substitute, you can also use Yukon Gold. In the UK, you can take Maris Piper or King Edward.
Making oven-baked french fries are a super easy and quick idea. For this, just need to cut potatoes in fries shape, wash and tap to dry them. Sprinkle salt and peppers, drizzle oil and mix well. Keep it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes to bake. As it gets nice and crispy golden brown color, take it out! and enjoy with your favorite dip.
Tips to Make Crispy Oven Fries
Many people complain that the french fries get soggy and don't show crispy texture. Here are some key tips that will help you to get crispy french fries ever.
