Ingredients:
- Boiled Potato - 1 Medium
- Salt - ½ Tsp
- Red Chilli - ½ Tsp
- Chaat Masala - ½ Tsp
- Carrots (chopped) - 1 Tbsp
- Onion (chopped) - 1 Tbsp
- Fresh Coriander
- Green Chilies
- Black Pepper - ⅓ Tsp
- Mozzarella cheese
- Oil - For Frying
- All-purpose flour (Maida)
- Bread Crumbs
Method:
- Take a medium-size potato and boiled it
- Mash Potato properly.
- Now add salt, black pepper, red chili powder, chaat masala.
- In the same way, add chopped carrots and onion.
- Also, add green coriander and green chilies to make it aromatic and little spicy.
- Add crushed mozzarella cheese.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Now take a small portion of mixed potatoes in hand and make a small ball.
- Flat the ball from the middle and place a big piece of mozzarella cheese and form it in the form of balls using hands.
- Make sure the balls are smooth.
- Preparation of Coating: In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, and little water to make a semi-thick paste.
- Dip the balls in flour paste then coat in bread crumbs.
- Fry all balls on medium-high heat until it gets golden.
- Fried potato cheese balls are ready to serve.
