Deep Frying Method
Prepare Potato Balls
Take a medium-sized boiled potato and mash it properly. Season with salt, black pepper, red chili, and chaat masala.
Add small chunks of veggies (carrots, onion, green coriander (cilantro) and green chilies).
Add shredded mozzarella and mix all the ingredients in mashed potatoes.
Take a small portion of mashed potatoes in your hand and keep a big cube of mozzarella and cover it to form a ball. Make sure the ball is not cracked.
Coating
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, and little water to make a semi-thick paste. Dip the balls in flour paste then coat in bread crumbs.
Deep Frying
Fry all balls on medium-high heat until it gets golden.

Air Fryer Potato Cheese Balls
Preheat air fryer at 390 F for 10 minutes. Properly brush or spray oil at air fryer tray and place all the balls with some distance. Don't overcrowd!
Generously spray oil on all the balls and air fry for 10 to 15 minutes. After 6 to 7 minutes, change the sides of the balls to get an evenly brown color.
