Ingredients

  • 6 Dates
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 250 ml Milk Use plant based milk for vegan

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the dates and remove the seeds. Make a cut from middle and easily remove the seed.
  • In a blender, add chilled milk, deseeded dates and drizzle honey.
  • Give it a good blend for few minutes to make it creamy and smooth in texture.
  • Pour in glasses and serve.

  • Avoid sugar as dates are naturally sweet so take that benefit.
  • Add honey as a natural sweetener. Date shake without ice cream have better taste.
