Preparation of Crepes:
In a bowl, add All-purpose flour (Maida), salt, red chili powder, baking powder, fresh coriander.
Mix all the ingredients together through spoon.
Now gradually add milk to make a thick paste.
Note the consistency of crepe batter in the video.
Now add vegetable oil and give it a good whisk.
Cover and rest the flour for 15 minutes (minimum time).
Preparation of Eggs:
In a separate bowl, add 2 eggs.
Also, add salt and black pepper.
Add chopped onion and green chilies.
Beat the eggs.
Start Making of Egg Rolls:
Heat up the pan on low medium heat.
Now pour the crepe batter using a big spoon and evenly spread all around the frying pan.
Make sure the heat is low otherwise the crepe will be dark in color.
Now flip the side carefully.
Cook the other side.
Brush the butter on the upper side of the crepe.
Now pour the egg mixture over the crepe.
Evenly spread using a spoon.
Carefully flip the crepe to cook the egg.
Flip again as the egg cooks.
Now spread the cheese on top.
Cover for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
After 5 minutes, uncover and make a roll.
Cut from middle and serve!
Cheese crepe egg roll is ready to eat.
