Cutting Fries: Peel potatoes and cut into fries shape.
Soak potatoes in chilled water for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, wash and make them dry. You can use a cloth wipe to dry or give it some time at room temperature to make them dry.
As the potatoes get dry then season with salt, peppers, paprika, and garlic powder. (you can add herbs and spices as per your taste).
Now drizzle little oil and mix well.
Preheat the oven at 200°C or 392°F
Set the baking tray: Place Aluminum foil, drizzling little oil to avoid sticking. Place the potatoes on a baking tray. Make sure potatoes should not clutter and aligned with space.
Bake for 30 minutes or until it gets a nice golden color.
