Take starchy potatoes and peel them accordingly.
Cut potatoes in a form of wedges.
Boil in hot water for 3 minutes.
Take out from hot water and place it in a bowl.
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Dust with Corn starch.
Mix well to evenly coat the wedges.
Make sure the wedges are dry after mixing. If it’s wet showing any sign of liquid then add more corn starch.
Deep fry on medium-high temperature until get evenly golden brown color.
Take out on kitchen paper.
Serve with ketchup, mayo or chutney.
