Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 glasses Water
  • ½ wedge Fresh Lemon

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, add grated ginger, cinnamon powder, fennel seeds, and cumin seeds.
  • Pour in 2 glasses of water.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes on low-medium heat until the water reduces to 1 glass.
  • Strain the infused water into a cup.
  • Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  • Drink warm, or store in a bottle to sip throughout the day.

How To Drink

  • Up to 2 concentrated servings per day — morning and after dinner.
    To drink throughout the day, dilute with plain water as needed.
