I am personally using this detox water on a regular basis from the last 2 years and it helping me to manage my weight and other related issues that cause due to high weight. Normally I take in the morning before breakfast or before sleeping. The water contains ginger, cinnamon, cumin and lemon that helps to regulate the digestive system and reduce weight naturally.
You can easily make this water at home in your home kitchen. It will take 5 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook. If you like the flavour of green tea then you will also like the taste of detox water.

Ginger - 1 Tsp
Cinnamon Powder - ⅓ Tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - ½ Tsp
Water - 2 Glasses
Fresh Lemon - ½ Cube
Method:
- In a pan, grate ginger,
- add cinnamon, fennel seeds, cumin seeds,
- Also, add 2 glasses of water.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low medium heat until you get 1 glass of water in pan.
- Drain the water
- Squeeze fresh lemon
- Mix well
- Fill your bottle and Have it!!
How Many Times the Detox Water Can Take in a Day?
You can take 2 times a day. In the morning or after dinner.
You can also dilute with normal water to take throughout the day but don't increase the dose more than 2 glasses of saturated detox water.
