Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt (Dahi) (full-fat or Greek, whisked)
  • 1 Green Chili (adjust to taste)
  • 1 clove Garlic (fresh or paste)
  • 1 tablespoon Green Coriander (Hara Dhania)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt (Nama– ½ Tsp
  • 1 pinch Black Salt (Kala Namak) (or regular salt, to taste)
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper Powder (Pisi Kali Mirch) (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, add full-fat yogurt (without water),Also add green chili, garlic clove, green coriander, and salt.
  • Add 🌿 coriander + 🌱 mint + 🌶️ chili + 🧄 garlic and 🧂 salt
  • Now give it a good blend to blend all ingredients in a smooth paste.
  • Take it out in a serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle black salt and black pepper powder and give it a good mix.
  • If the raita is too thick then add water or milk.
  • Biryani raita is ready to serve with your favorite 🍚 biryani!
