In a blender, add full-fat yogurt (without water),Also add green chili, garlic clove, green coriander, and salt.
Add 🌿 coriander + 🌱 mint + 🌶️ chili + 🧄 garlic and 🧂 salt
Now give it a good blend to blend all ingredients in a smooth paste.
Take it out in a serving bowl.
Sprinkle black salt and black pepper powder and give it a good mix.
If the raita is too thick then add water or milk.
