Marinate the Chicken: Take 700 gms chicken. Cut into pieces. Sprinkle lemon (2 Tsp), Salt (⅓ Tsp), Garam Masala (1 Tsp), Onion & Green Chilies Paste – 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (2 Tsp), Yogurt (½ cup), Black Pepper (⅓ Tsp), Fresh Coriander – few leaves
Mix all the ingredients with chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to get the best result.
Start Pan Cooking: In a pan, add 5 Tsp oil and on high heat place chicken to shallow fry.
As the 1 side is done flip the side.
Pour the remaining marination mixture over chicken to make it juicy and form a gravy.
Cover for 30 minutes to tender the chicken.
After 30 minutes, uncover and on high heat evaporate the excess water.
Garnish with lemon and pepper…
